You have 14 business days after receiving your package to return your purchase if it does not meet your expectations.

We invite you to follow the procedure below:

1. Go to the returns page.
2. Log in with your email.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Confirm your request.
5. Wait for a response from the Castafiore team.

Each returned product will be inspected by Castafiore experts. The refund will be processed once the experts have validated the condition and conformity of the jewelry.

Castafiore's shipping boxes are recyclable and reusable for your returns.

You will be refunded through the same payment method used for your order. For credit card payments, the order amount will be credited back to your account within 48 to 72 business hours after the refund is initiated.
