Rules of the Contest - The Christmas Box
Article 1: Contest Organization
The company Castafiore, headquartered at 11 Av. du Colonel Bonnet, 75016 Paris, is organizing a contest titled “The Christmas Box,” accessible at https://castafiore.fr/en/pages/calendrier-de-lavent. This contest will run from 11/21/2024 to 12/22/2024 inclusive.
Article 2: General Participation Conditions
Participation in the contest is open to any individual:
• Aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
• Residing in France or internationally, except where local laws prohibit such contests.
• Possessing a valid email address and a valid phone number.
Participation is free and requires no purchase.
Excluded from participation:
• Employees of the organizing company and its partners involved in the contest.
• Members of their immediate families (ascendants, descendants, spouses).
Each participant may enter only once. In the case of multiple entries, only the first one will be considered.
Article 3: Participation Rules
To participate in the contest, entrants must complete the designated form on https://castafiore.fr/en/pages/calendrier-de-lavent by providing their full contact details (first name, last name, email address, and phone number).
Any incomplete, incorrect, or non-compliant entries will be deemed invalid.
Article 4: Prizes
The prizes consist of 4 sets of 4 Christmas ornaments, each valued at €80 (excluding tax).
Each set will be awarded to one winner via a random draw, for a total of 4 winners.
Article 5: Selection of Winners
The random draws will take place on the following dates:
• First draw: 12/01/2024.
• Second draw: 12/08/2024.
• Third draw: 12/15/2024.
• Fourth draw: 12/22/2024.
The draws will be conducted randomly among all participants registered before each draw date.
Each winner will be notified by email or phone within five business days following the draw.
Article 6: Prize Distribution
The prizes will be sent to the postal address provided by the winners during their participation, within 30 days of the announcement of results.
The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. The organizing company cannot be held responsible for any defects or damages occurring during prize shipment.
Article 7: Liability
The organizing company cannot be held liable for:
• Website malfunctions or tools used to participate in the contest.
• Fraudulent participation, which will result in disqualification.
• Force majeure resulting in the modification, suspension, or cancellation of the contest.
Article 8: Personal Data
The personal data collected for this contest is necessary to manage entries and award prizes. It is intended exclusively for Castafiore.
Participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting contact@castafiore.fr.
Article 9: Acceptance of Rules
Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
Article 10: Modifications or Cancellation

These rules are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Paris.
