18Kt rose gold and silver garter ring, set with nine crowned rose and rose cut diamonds. The total weight of the diamonds is estimated at approximately 0.90 Ct. Work from the first part of the 19th century. Gross weight: 2.16g Ring size: 55 (diameter 17.50/ US 7.25). The rose cut is one of the first faceted diamond cuts , developed in the 16th century. It is composed of 3 to 24 triangular facets arranged in a dome on a flat base.
