Entourage ring in yellow gold, platinum, peridot and diamonds
Old ring in 18kt yellow gold and platinum (hallmark: eagle's head), the center of which is decorated with a peridot weighing approximately 1.60 Cts, in an entourage of rose-cut diamonds, the total weight of which is estimated at approximately 0.20 Ct. French work from the beginning of the 20th century, Belle Epoque, circa 1900. Gross weight: 3.43g Height of the pattern: 1.40 cm Width of the pattern: 1.20 cm Finger size: 57 (diameter 18.20 / US 8.00). Condition: very slight micro scratches on the gold and platinum parts, slight wear on the setting, some dents on the diamonds, see photos. Peridot or olivine comes from the Arabic “faridat” meaning “precious stone”. It is also the birthstone for the month of August.
