The Art Deco movement, short for “Arts Décoratifs,” was born around 1910. It reached its peak in the 1920s and then declined in the 1930s. In reaction to the rounded and organic forms of Art Nouveau, this “Roaring Twenties” style developed geometric and refined shapes. We recognize this artistic movement on this engagement ring thanks to the geometric shapes that adorn it. All our antique rings
