18-karat yellow gold and silver pin brooch. The marquise-shaped brooch features a central cushion-cut blue sapphire surrounded by a radiating pattern of old-cut diamonds. The top and bottom are decorated with a fleur-de-lis motif set with blue sapphires and rose-cut diamonds. The outer edge is a Greek key pattern, punctuated with rose-cut diamonds and sapphires topped with fleur-de-lis.
