The square, faceted main section is engraved with flowers and set in its center with a small rose-cut diamond in a star setting. French work from the 1880s/1900s, at the transition between the Napoleon III and Art Nouveau styles. The eagle's head hallmark for 18k gold and traces of a maker's mark are present.
