BREGUET "Reine de Naples" watch in pink gold, diamonds, mother-of-pearl and satin

Watch signed by the Maison BREGUET, 'Reine de Naple' collection, model 8918, in 18-carat yellow gold, on a satin strap with 18-carat yellow gold folding clasp, set with diamonds. White mother-of-pearl dial, and set with a pear-shaped diamond on the number 6. Bezel set with diamonds, crown set with a diamond. Skeleton case back. According to the archives of the Maison Breguet, this model would be the first wristwatch in the history of watchmaking. Commissioned in 1810 by Caroline Murat, Queen of Naples who would give her name to this legendary watch.
